Monday to Thursday 08:30 to 13:30 and 14:30 to 18:00 hours.
Friday 08:30 to 22:00 hours.
Saturdays 08:00 to 13:30 and 14:30 to 18:00 hours.
Sundays 08:30 to 20:00 hours.

For your convenience, we have a daily ski or snowboard storage service, so that you do not have to carry the equipment to your accommodation and also, your boots are sanitized and at their perfect temperature first thing in the morning, of course, all this service courtesy of Masski Sierra Nevada and at no cost.
Our stores open with exceptional hours, on Fridays until 10:00 p.m. To avoid you being late for your first day"s classes, we recommend that you pick up your rental on the same day of arrival at Sierra Nevada.

Information on total cancellation of the service - PRODUCT WITH MASSKI PREMIUM ADVANTAGES:
There will be no charge and the full amount will be paid for.

Information on refunds in the event of a resort closure or accident:
Conditions of application and how to request a refund for EQUIPMENT RENTAL - PRODUCT WITH MASSKI PREMIUM ADVANTAGES:
In the event of a resort closure, the proportional part of the amount of the unused snowboard rental days will be refunded. Repricing will be applied based on the actual days of use.
In the event that the client decides not to continue with the equipment rental, no-show or accident, the refund will be made by means of a voucher for the same service to be redeemed for future reservations. This voucher has no expiration date.
